This study aims determine how administration eucalyptus inhalation on number spermatid cells male mice (Mus musculus) exposed acute stress. research is true experimental with posttest only control group design approach. A total 28 adult selected by simple random sampling were grouped into four groups, namely normal (no treatment); negative (given exposure stress); positive (administered 0.2 mL alprazolam treatment 0.5 stress). was carried out for six minutes per day 14 days.
